Elia used to juggle through the world cup giant slalom gates, today he juggles with plates. On these he serves you exciting dishes with selected, if possible local, ingredients. Some things remind you of your childhood, holidays in the country or your first long journey? We have merged and our dishes are well-known but still exotic and always prepared with passion.
Many people still know Loredana from Chez Vrony and Elia has been feverishly followed by one or the other in the world cup races. They are supported by a lively and motivated crew.
