Elia used to juggle through giant slalom gates, now he juggles plates. On these, he serves you exciting dishes with selected, whenever possible local, ingredients. Does some of it remind you of your childhood, vacations in the countryside, or your first long trip? We have merged and our dishes come to the table familiar yet exotic and always prepared with a lot of passion.
Many still know Loredana from Chez Vrony, and some have followed Elia in World Cup races. The two are supported by a lively and motivated crew.

Our Chef Markus Pössenberger
The graduate of the University of Economics and Management in Bolzano followed his passion in 2014 and dared to make the leap from young entrepreneur to the kitchen. He was able to gain experience in various stations of 4 & 5 star gastronomy and thus found his way to Zermatt. Since December 2023, Markus Pössenberger has been leading the kitchen team at Paradise with a lot of passion and dedication.
